Not only was our server Jasmine extremely attentive, the sushi chef was on his game and we got to meet Peter was well who has been running the business for 25 years. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The service was impeccable the staff were attentive and friendly. Now, lets talk about the food. I sampled the Chicken Tempura, Lobster Tempura, Volcano Roll, and Chicken Teriyaki, and every dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was artful. The Chicken Tempura was crispy and tender, the Lobster Tempura was divine, and the Volcano Roll was a burst of deliciousness. The Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cho Cho San Sushi and Hibachi is a hidden gem, offering outstanding food and exceptional service. I cant wait to return for another unforgettable meal. It deserves a solid 5star rating! ”
“ Wow! Creative Menu with plenty of great Options for Sushi, Sashimi, Combos, interesting Rolls and much more! Had miso Soup and Two Rolls Lobster Roll and Love Toll and it was as delicious as it gets. The rolls are not overpowered with Mayo or Sauces, great amount of Fish and good flavors. Would absolutely recommend to eat Sushi here! ”
“ This was a wonderful experience. The place was so packed, we had to wait to be seated. The sushi was excellent, the hot sake was good, and overall the price was not bad. I recommend getting the chefs rolls as they are the most delicious ones. The only down side was that our waiter seem too overwhelm with all the table she had to deal with, but the is understandable with covid and regulations. “ The food is wonderful and the staff are knowledgeable about gluten free choices. The restaurant is small and doesnt have a lot of ambience but that doesnt matter all the dishes we tried were amazing! It was a full house with a waiting line out the door Saturday night for the Lunar New Year but we fortunately got a table. The staff was incredibly busy but were very attentive and provided excellent service to both the tables and the take out orders. Highly recommend! ”
